Some people have open-air wood decks for barbecues and outdoor entertaining. The only problem is, they require the co-operation of the weather and, hopefully, the absence of annoying insects. Fortunately, this sunroom is enclosed and protected from the elements. It is accessed from the living room, the dining room, or the outside.
Unlike open-air wood decks, this one measures about 16' x 14' and can accommodate a crowd, in any weather!
The two doors on the left lead into the dining room.
You can see that this is not your average enclosed porch. The design intentionally matches the rest of the house architecturally - including the wood-trimmed ceiling.
