Homes priced under $300,000

Looking for an inexpensive home in an expensive world

Jim Sells Westwood

You can buy an inexpensive but tiny pied-a-terre or studio condo in a decent location; but the better the locale, the larger the condo, the more luxurious in finish out or amenities, the price skyrockets. The only way to combat the high cost of accommodations, whether buying or renting, is to give up on one or more of the above criteria: location, size, condition, and amenities.

Below are homes listed for $300,000 or less.

Single Family Homes < $300,000

Condos < $300,000

Multi-Family Homes < $300,000
